Michigan Emotion Regulation Lab. Ethan Kross, Ph.D., University of Michigan

Welcome to the University of Michigan Emotion and Self-Control Laboratory.

The mission of the laboratory is to improve our understanding of how people can adaptively control impulses and emotions that undermine their goals and compromise their health. We adopt an integrative approach spanning multiple levels of analysis to address this issue, and focus on a variety of participant populations.
